If the foods we are intaking isn't naturals, for me it is bad based on my own experiences. If I have long travels (like in Bus for example), I noticed that when I ate "Junk Foods", I easily feel acidic, sick, and unwell, but when I ate Fruits and take OPC's supplement before or while travelling, I don't feel any sickness and such like at all.
In our house, we practice not to use and mix MSG in our foods anymore, since our Doctors remind us of its bad effects in our health. :)
