This is my Urticaria / Hives Allergy back in 2008.

Urticaria / Hives Allergy has no mercy!
It attacks and builds up everywhere in my body!

And to prove it further, here's one of my evidences..

Urticaria or Hives Allergy is an allergic reaction in which itchy red bumps, called wheals develop on my whole body! Oh my!

According to my Dermatologist, treatment of this kind of allergy will last long for 4 to 5 years or more. Causes of Urticaria are in our foods. If you will ask me a question of what food triggers my allergy, here's my answer... Before, if I ate chicken eggs (or any eggs), stench foods (malansa), foods with preservatives like can foods, junk foods, and instant foods my allergy will come out.

I'd suffered almost 1 year because of this Urticaria allergy! The bite of a one mosquito in our skin is itchy enough for us to scratch it, but in my case I'm like bitten by a thousand mosquito! (see my photos above to understand my irritating condition). I'm very affected of this allergy, when I'm at my work before I can't almost resist to scratch different parts of my body, when communiting by means of jeepney, bus or any means of transportation, there I am scratching here, there and everywhere! (hehehe it's like a song huh?!), sometimes I can't even sleep because of severe itchiness and often, I've got bruises in different parts of my body.

I've taken serious medication before and sometimes they Injected me a medication chemical in order for my allergy to subside, you know what I felt after this kind of "temporary" treatment? Well I felt sort of there are large mountain that lies in my chest, I can't breath freely, I feel dizzy, I feel languid (panghihina) etc. But then, after a few days my allergy is still coming back.

There are instance that they brought me at Makati Medical Center - Emergency Room because of the severeness of my allergy in my whoooooooole body! Here's my proof...

Conventional Medicine failed to treat my Urticaria / Hives allergy (in my own opinion and experience). I've tried almost every herbal available in the market that time, but sadly they can't cure my allergy.

In spite of all the hardships I'd experience because of my Urticaria / Hives allergy, suddenly one of my friend shared me a great and miraculous natural remedy (for me) which they called the...

Choose best foods we eat everyday like fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid those unhealthy foods like junk foods (chichiria in tagalog), foods with preservatives (can foods, instant foods etc.), foods in fastfood chains (avoid or limit consuming foods here because based on reports and clinical studies, this foods have high cholesterols, preservatives and additives which is bad in our health), etc.
